Thank you for your note. I do not believe educated Black men are rare in this country — -their are some that do not have formal degrees. However, I believe there are numerous Black men that possess great intellect that have never graced the halls of a University. I concur that the disruption of racism must occur both ways since people of color and White folks have internalized racism. Help me to understand your last sentence. I believe there is something to learn in each of our interactions.
